Restaurant Canad Show(이하 RC Show)는 캐나다 최대 식음료 전시회 중 하나로, 매년 토론토 에너케어 센터에서 개최된다. 각종 식음료 트렌드 및 혁신 분야에 대해 배우고 업계 종사자와 네트워킹 할 수 있는 소통의 장인 RC Show는 매년 2만 명 이상의 산업 전문가가 참관하며 성행하고 있다.
Restaurants Canada is the largest membership organization of its kind and the only national association that serves the unique needs of the food service industry.
